What We DON’T Do – but can help find someone who does
- Medical support, attention or care, including but not limited to administering medication, medical treatments or first aid
- Act as a caregiver or provide Personal Support Work (PSW) services, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, personal hygiene or toileting
- Offer any professional services, including but not limited to legal advice, financial planning or advice, medical advice, or therapeutic counselling
Pricing Structure
- Hourly – For single or occasional bookings, my fee is $60.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
- Monthly – With a monthly commitment of at least six hours, custom monthly packages will be designed at a reduced rate. This allows us to reserve time in advance along with the opportunity to develop a relationship and routine. Individual and family requests are encouraged to ensure services are as personal as possible. Regular communication with family members is also included if requested.
Payment
- Monthly services are invoiced once per month, with payment due within 24 hours.
- For hourly payments, the minimum $120 fee is due at the time of booking. Additional time will be discussed and charged as appropriate. Payment due same day.
- Preferred payment is by an e-mail bank transfer, although I do accept cash and personal cheques.
Cancellation
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply for appointments not cancelled by 3 pm the day before the appointment date.
Mileage
- The first 30 km are included in regular fees. Any additional mileage is billed at the rate of $ .51 per km.
Client Privacy
- Insurance – Golden Heart Family Concierge (GHFC), operated by Andrea Baker-Nash, ensures the highest level of professional care and responsibility. GHFC holds comprehensive business vehicle insurance, as well as professional and commercial liability insurance, to provide peace of mind for our clients. These coverages ensure that all services rendered are performed with the utmost safety and accountability.
- GHFC will only collect personal information to deliver our professional services.
- We will not share, sell, or trade any personal information with any third party. More information in our Privacy Policy.
- We will only share information with your expressed consent to family members, health care practitioners, friends, or others as circumstances arise.
Terms and Conditions
- Prior to the commencement of any services, all clients of Golden Heart Family Concierge (GHFC) will be required to review and sign a custom service contract. This contract outlines the specific terms, scope of services, fees, and any special requests agreed upon between the client and GHFC. By signing the contract, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of the terms, ensuring clear communication and mutual expectations. The contract also includes a release of liability, protecting GHFC from any claims arising from the agreed-upon services. The contract is valid for one year or until either party decides to terminate or modify it. No services will be provided until the contract is finalized.
