I offer highly curated concierge services tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. The first step is a free 30-minute “connection call” to discuss needs and determine if there is a fit. Next is an in-person meeting to identify specifics and develop a plan for how I can help. Services include but are not limited to:
Medical / Service Appointments
Driving, accompaniment, note-taking, clarification, follow-up coordination.
Financial Administration
Assist with bill payments, online banking, tax organization, health benefit administration.
Household Tasks
Grocery pickup / put away, errands, house checks, supervise tradespeople.
Research and Coordination
Sourcing additional resources / support options, assisting with “special projects” (eg. renewals for passport, health card, drivers license, etc).
In-Home Support
Oversight of health service providers, support and accountability for post-operative exercises.
Communication
Email and phone communication with family members and health care providers as requested.
Pricing Structure
Hourly – For single or occasional bookings, my fee is $60.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Monthly – With a monthly commitment of at least six hours, custom monthly packages will be designed at a reduced rate. This allows us to reserve time in advance along with the opportunity to develop a relationship and routine. Individual and family requests are encouraged to ensure services are as personal as possible. Regular communication with family members is also included if requested.
